AM
Ahmad Al-Marzouqi
FOUNDER — DUBAI

"We used the Pre-Investment Diagnostic before approaching two family offices in Q1. The readiness commentary was direct — it flagged three areas we had not thought carefully about. We addressed two of them before the conversations began, and I think that changed how those meetings went. The work was unhurried and the advisor did not try to push us toward a particular outcome."

LH
Laila Hassan
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR — ABU DHABI

"The Operating Manual took about seven weeks from start to finish. What I appreciated was that the advisor interviewed four of our staff directly — not just me. The resulting document actually reflects how the team works, not how I thought they worked. One or two small differences between the two surprised me. The manual is now the document new hires receive on their first day."

KJ
Khalid Jaber
CO-DIRECTOR — SHARJAH

"My co-director and I started the Quarterly Reflection sessions in January. We are now three sessions in. I will say honestly that I was not certain before the first session what the value would be — it sounded like structured talking. But having someone outside the business hold the space for a genuine review of the quarter, and then give you a written summary that you can read again when things get busy, has been more useful than I expected."

NA
Noura Al-Shamsi
OWNER — DUBAI

"I enquired about the Pre-Investment Diagnostic without being entirely sure we were ready for it. The initial conversation helped me understand what the engagement would actually involve. The advisor was straightforward about what the work could and could not do. We proceeded, and the commentary we received gave us a clearer view of our position than we had from our own assessment. It was worth the fee."

RT
Rami Tawfik
MANAGING DIRECTOR — DUBAI

"We completed the Operating Manual engagement in eight weeks. The pace suited us — we had a busy period in the middle and the advisor simply waited until we were ready to continue the review stage. The final document is clear, specific to how we work, and has already been used to onboard two new team members. No complaints."

SF
Salma Farhat
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR — DUBAI

"Our leadership team of four has been using the Quarterly Reflection sessions this year. The sessions themselves are not dramatic — they are quiet, structured conversations. But the written summaries have become something we actually refer back to. When priorities shift mid-quarter, we can look at what we said three months ago and understand more clearly what changed and why."

Three Engagement Accounts

CASE 01 — INVESTMENT READINESS

A Dubai-based owner was approaching his second round of conversations with potential investors. Previous conversations had stalled, and he was uncertain whether the issue was the business or the presentation of it.

Pre-Investment Diagnostic over three weeks. Review of financial records, operational structure, and shareholder documentation. Two advisor meetings. Written commentary produced.

Commentary identified two documentation gaps and one area of financial presentation that had likely caused hesitation in prior conversations. Owner addressed both before re-engaging with investors. Subsequent investor conversations progressed further than previous rounds.

"The commentary was direct. It told us what we had not wanted to hear, and that turned out to be the most useful thing about it." — A.M., Founder
CASE 02 — PROCESS DOCUMENTATION

A professional services firm in Dubai was preparing to hire three new staff over the following six months. All operational knowledge lived in the heads of two senior team members, and there was no training document of any kind.

Operating Manual Drafting over seven weeks. Staff interviews with four team members. Iterative drafting reviewed in two rounds of consultation. Final manual in both Arabic and English.

Manual completed before first hire. First two new staff members onboarded primarily from the document, with significantly less dependency on senior team members during the settling-in period than in previous hires.

"The advisor did not just write what I told him. He interviewed the team and discovered a few things I had not been aware of. That was valuable in itself." — L.H., Operations Director
CASE 03 — LEADERSHIP REFLECTION

A co-director team found that quarterly priorities agreed at the start of each quarter were frequently displaced by operational demands. By the end of each quarter, there was little structured opportunity to examine what had actually happened.

Quarterly Reflection Sessions across the calendar year. Four two-hour sessions with written summaries after each. Facilitated by the same advisor throughout, allowing continuity of context.

By the third session, the directors were arriving with clearer initial observations. The written summaries had become a reference document that the team consulted when planning the following quarter. The pattern of review had become habitual.

"We did not expect the written summaries to become as useful as they did. We refer back to them regularly." — K.J., Co-Director
